國立清華大學教育與學習科技學系

    本所是以培養教育理論思想及課程與教學和行政等方面的學術與實務人才為宗旨。課程之設計

結合理論與實際，議題之討論開放且多元，以開展研究生寬宏的視野和獨立思考的能力，期藉此提

昇學術研究與專業實務的品質。國民教育研究所改名為教育研究所後，課程內容與研究領域將超越

國民教育的範疇，並對廣義的教育領域進行學術研究。國民教育研究所碩士班於民國82年成立，91

學年度博士班開始招生，並於93學年度更名為教育研究所，94年8月因應本校改制大學，教育學系與

教育研究所系所合一，改設為教育系碩士班及博士班。

　　The Graduate Institute of Education, National Hsin-Chu University of Education, the mission of the Institute is for the cultivation of teachers to be skilled in educational theories, curriculum and instruction, and administration. The courses of the Institute combine theory with practice. With the promotion of investigation and professional development, there are open discussions in the classes which will enable the students to broaden their visions and independent thinking. After the rename from Institute of Compulsory Education to Institute of Education, the field of study has been broaden to all levels of education. The original Institute began in 1993 with MA course, and began Ph. D. program in 2002. The rename into Institute of Education is in 2004. And with the upgrading of the College into University in 2005, the department of Education and Institute of Education merge together, the Institute becomes the MA program and Ph. D. program of the department.

  設有「課程與教學組」以及「教育行政與評鑑組」，兩組分別招生，同時招收一般生和在職生。碩士班學生除了畢業論文四學分外，尚必須修滿規定之必選修課程三十二學分，並通過學位考試。修業年限為四年。課程與教學組的課程規劃旨在引導研究生對課程和教學之理論與實務的理解與研討，並培養實踐九年一貫新課程的知能和探究課程與教學相關問題的能力。教育行政與評鑑組的課程則著重教育行政與評鑑之理論與實務的探討以及研究能力的培養。研究生除了兩組共同必修與共同選修課程外，尚須修讀自己組內的必修與選修課程。此外，亦可自由選修由所內具有其他學術專長之教授所開設的教育理論基礎、文化研究、以及教育科技等方面的課程，以促進理論與實務的對話，並體察社會文化現象和科技對教育之影響。

  
In the master program, there are two sub-area of study, one is curriculum and instruction, the other is educational administration and evaluation with different entrance examinations. Students are divided into full time and part time. Besides 4 credits of writing up for master thesis, there are 32 credits of compulsory and selective courses to get a master degree. The upper limit of study is 4 years. The aims for the sub-area for curriculum and instruction are for the students to be familiar with theories and practice in this field, with the ability for the implementation of nine-year-consistent curriculum, and the problem-solving. The aims for the sub-area for administration and evaluation are for the students to be familiar with theories and practice in this field and problem-solving. Besides the compulsory and selective courses for both sub-areas, there are compulsory and selective courses in each field. Except that, some credits are distributed for educational theories, cultural studies, and educational technology for the purpose of enhancing the dialogue with other fields and for better understanding of social and cultural phenomena which have much effect on education.
