The graduate with teacher training and probation can be a qualified teacher by passing the national examination for teachers. With the license, they are entitled to get a job in primary school as a formal teacher. The pay for them is about NT$40,000 dollars per month. The pay will increase annually. Those have not been selected as a formal teacher can be a supply teacher. The basis for the pay is also NT$40,000 dollars per month. But the pay will stay at this basis, it will not increase. For others without teacher training, there can be government official by passing the national examination, and entrepreneurs for cram school, digital learning company.
