【Open-Rank Faculty positions Available in the Department of Education and Learning Technology at National Tsing-Hua University】

1. Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Ph.D. degree in philosophy of education, educational administration, curriculum instruction, or Learning Technology. Be able to teach courses at the master and doctoral levels. No restriction on nationality. Priorities are given to those with teaching experience and can teach in English.
2. Documents needed in digital：

1. Research and teaching Statement: Including relevant academic experience, research expertise and list of published papers.
2. A photocopy of Ph.D. certificate (native citizens with a foreign university certificate should have the certificate certified by the Embassy or Representative Office of Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan).
3. Representative works: Published papers or books, 10 items at most with full text.
4. A list of published works in APA format (including the representative work): Should specify the database indexed (e.g., SSCI or TSSCI), the category of the journal (e.g., JCR Web: Education and Educational Research), raking, impact factor and related information.
5. A list of research grants (the applicant as the PI or co-PI if available): Research grants received by the applicant should include an abstract of the research results (less than 1,000 words in Chinese or 500 words in English).
6. A list of rewards or honors ever granted with brief explanations (less than 300 words in Chinese or 200 words in English).
7. A list of courses ever taught or able to teach in universities with syllabi.
8. A list of courses the applicant can teach in English with syllabi.
9. Attach 1-3 reference letters (sent by the recommender by post to: Department of Education and Learning Technology, National Tsing-Hua University, 30014 No.521 Nan-da Road, Hsinchu City).
10. Other documents that is beneficial for the review.
11. Please merge all e-files of the materials in the application except the list of publications into a PDF, and email the PDF and the list, as two separate files, to chihyu@mx.nthu.edu.tw.

3. Other notice:

1. Those who pass the initial review will be invited for an onsite interview and to deliver a short lecture at the department, but there is no subsidy for the tour.
2. Those who do not pass the initial review will not be informed.
